2. Data we process
We only collect the information you voluntarily provide in the contact form (name, email and message) and limited technical data generated by cookies according to your preferences. We do not request sensitive data or financial information.
3. Purposes
We use the data to reply to enquiries, improve the site, comply with legal obligations and, when authorised, measure the performance of our communication activities. We do not sell or transfer your information to third parties without a legal basis.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the free and informed consent you provide when filling out the form, on the execution of the requests you send us, and on the obligations required by Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection.
5. Retention
We keep the data for the strictly necessary period to fulfil the purpose that motivated its collection. Messages received through the form are archived for up to twenty-four months, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
6. Recipients
We may share information with infrastructure, email and analytics providers acting as data processors under contractual confidentiality obligations. Where applicable, we will inform if a provider is located outside Argentina and the safeguards in place.
7. Rights

8. Supervisory authority
The Argentine Agency for Access to Public Information, as the controlling body of Law 25,326, is competent to handle complaints and claims related to the processing of personal data.
