Verqanta offers information about collective financing applied to the Argentine real estate sector. The content of the site is for informational and educational purposes and does not constitute personalised financial, legal or tax advice.
2. Nature of the information
Project descriptions, timelines and conditions are provided as guidance. Real estate projects may be delayed, change scope or deliver results different from those projected. No section of the site constitutes a promise of returns.
3. Verqanta is not a financial institution
Verqanta Servicios Digitales S.A. is not a financial institution under Argentine Law 21,526 nor an intermediary in the capital markets under Law 26,831. The company provides digital information and facilitation services between parties interested in real estate projects.
4. Permitted use
You may browse the site and use the forms for legitimate enquiries. It is not allowed to attempt to access restricted areas, overload the infrastructure, extract data automatically or reproduce content without prior written authorisation.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, brands, logos, images and other elements of the site are owned by Verqanta Servicios Digitales S.A. or used under licence. Their use outside the site requires express written authorisation.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Verqanta will not be liable for decisions taken on the basis of the site content, for service interruptions or for indirect, incidental or special damages arising from the use of the site.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from the use of the site, the parties submit to the National Ordinary Commercial Courts based in the City of Buenos Aires.
